London-based Fanfarlo is busy sweeping through the US playing brand new songs off of their incredible third studio album, Let’s Go Extinct, out now via Blue Horizon. Singles “A Distance” and “Landlocked” are energetic pop gems driven by steady electronic backbones and swooning instrumentation that include the triumphant sounds of the trumpet, violin and clarinet.

Fanfarlo’s newest effort is a concept album about human evolution and possible futures, and in many ways, is the true successor to Fanfarlo’s much-feted debut, Reservoir. Creating accessible pop that isn’t overly sugar-coated or spoon-fed, make plans on Wednesday to witness this eclectic and exciting five-piece at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco.
