LA-based duo Poolside have carved out a particular sound that is so pleasant in its laid back vibe, yet bouncy enough to keep you going for a three hour set. Yes, you read that correctly. Poolside will DJ a three hour bonanza Saturday curated around their niched out “daytime disco”. Anyone who stayed to the end of Atom For Peace’s headlining set at Treasure Island Music Festival last year were lucky enough to walk through an unannounced DJ set from Poolside as folks exited the venue, and it was slinky, magical goodness. Vito & Duzzi from the Rapture will be getting things going early Saturday along with Tropicool and DJ Dials.
Plan on floating away to your mind palace of tropical drinks, swimsuits & a humid environment Saturday at Mezzanine.
