Dad’s LPs are a band consisting of a wide range of musicians spread across California, having recently released their second full-length LP, Lemon on Fire. These guys are not your average DIY artists, taking on every aspect of the release – from production on all their videos, constant touring, even crafting all their original artwork. Bay Area music fans might very well recognize a smattering of the personnel through various projects such as Blue Turtle Seduction, Ten Mile Tide and 2Me.
The sound this amalgamation crafts is very well rounded and balanced, utilizing everyman lyrics combined with infectious hooks that is sure to please even the most discerning palate. Collective decades on the road make Jay Seals, John Morales, Chris Twomey and Andrew Harris a guaranteed pleasure to catch, especially in the intimate Conneticut Yankee.
