BottleRock - 2024 lineup

With the first week of 2024 already in the books, it’s that time of the year when the music industry starts to look toward the warmer months on the calendar. And that always means one thing: a bunch of music festival lineups being announced over the next few months.

BottleRock has been one of several major U.S. music festivals to reveal its plans in early January, and this year followed suit with the three-day event once again targeting Memorial Day weekend up in Napa Valley and releasing one of its best lineups to date.

This time Pearl Jam, Ed Sheeran and Stevie Nicks sit atop the bill with a top-notch undercard that’s highlighted by Maná, Kali Uchis, Megan Thee Stallion, Queens of the Stone Age, St. Vincent, Norah Jones, The Offspring and My Morning Jacket. It will be the first time at BottleRock for Pearl Jam and Sheeran, while Nicks had been tapped to headline in 2021 before canceling her performance due to COVID-19 concerns and subsequently being replaced by Chris Stapleton.

But with coronavirus mostly behind us now, Nicks should finally get to take the stage this May and so will a lot of other acts like Nelly, T-Pain, Miike Snow, Oliver Tree, Bebe Rexha, Cold War Kids, Jessie Murph, Stephen Sanchez, Cannons, All Time Low, Action Bronson, Gogol Bordello, Tower of Power, Stephen Marley, The Soul Rebels feat. Tabli Kweli, Chevy Metal and Pete Yorn. Check out the poster above to see who else is scheduled to perform.

One part of the fest that’s uniquely BottleRock is the Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage where celebrity chefs team up with various musicians and athletes to deliver a live cooking demonstration, and 2023 yielded some interesting results as José Andrés collaborated with Lil Nas X and Duran Duran worked with Giada De Laurentiis.

Tickets can be purchased here beginning this Tuesday, January 9th at 10 a.m. PT, and it’s worth noting three-day GA passes have increased to $456 plus fees with VIP ($1,195), Skydeck ($1,895), The Suites ($1,995) and Platinum ($5,995) experiences all SOLD OUT! So, who’s ready to BottleRock and roll?

BottleRock - 2024 daily lineups

UPDATE (January 10th): BottleRock has quickly dropped daily lineups two days after releasing its 2024 roster, and we must say that Saturday looks mighty fine with Pearl Jam leading a day that will boast Maná, Kali Uchis, My Morning Jacket, Cold War Kids, T-Pain, Tower of Power and Deep Sea Diver, among others.

Some of Friday’s highlights include Stevie Nicks followed by St. Vincent, Miike Snow and Say She She, while Sunday will see Sheeran close things out after sets from Queens of the Stone Age, Norah Jones, The Offspring, Action Bronson, The Soul Rebels feat. Talib Kweli and more.

Single-day tickets go on sale this Thursday, January 11th at 10 a.m. PT and three-day passes for all tiers — GA, VIP, Skydeck and Platinum — have already sold out, so don’t miss your chance here!

HARD Summer Music Festival - 2023 lineup

If you thought Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival delivered a big splash by releasing its 2023 lineup to celebrate the 15-year mark this August, HARD Summer is making its own noise just hours later.

After extending to three days in 2022, the annual Southern California music festival is moving back to two with a brand-new location and a stacked roster that once again favors electronic and hip-hop fans.

While a variety of SoCal venues — Whittier Narrows Recreation Area, the Fairplex in Pomona and Auto Club Speedway in Fontana — have played host to HARD Summer over the years, the fest’s latest home for the past two had been the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino. But HARD founder and CEO Gary Richards has always had his sights set on returning to LA since leaving the city’s limits following its 2013 edition at the previous iteration of LA State Historic Park.

Now, the event will migrate 63 miles west to the LA Memorial Coliseum, Exposition Park and BMO Stadium with Kaskade B2B John Summit and Skrillex B2B Four Tet tapped as headliners, plus two special guests in 21 Savage and Kid Cudi.

This year’s undercard, meanwhile, isn’t too shabby either, littered with more B2B sets and other huge names that include Diplo B2B Blond:ish, Black Coffee, Kayzo B2B Sullivan King, Oliver Tree, Gorgon City, Yellow Claw B2B Flosstradamus, Dillon Francis, Deorro, The Martinez Brothers, Jungle (DJ set), Bicep (Live), 4B B2B JSTJR, TBA B2B Sonny Fodera, Diesel, Ludacris, Peekaboo, Fat Joe and more. Check out the poster above for the rest of acts who have been booked.

GA and VIP passes are on sale this Friday, March 10th at 10 a.m. PT here for fans ages 18 and over, with payment plans also available for single-day or weekend tickets after a $9.95 deposit.

Outside Lands returns this August as Green Day, Post Malone & SZA lead the charge at Golden Gate Park in 2022

Outside Lands - 2022 lineup

Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival //
Golden Gate Park – San Francisco
August 5th-7th, 2022 //

With festival season heating up last week as Coachella kicked off the first of its two weekends to end a three-year hiatus, it’s time for Outside Lands to reveal its own plans for 2022.

Because after being forced in 2021 to push back its 13th edition (read our review here) to Halloween weekend due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the three-day music festival is finally returning to its usual timing in early August and spring is when we normally anticipate the lineup dropping every year.

But the 14th installment of SF’s signature event has a slightly different feel than in years past as Green Day, Post Malone and SZA earn headlining duties with Jack Harlow, Weezer, Phoebe Bridgers, Illenium, Lil Uzi Vert, Kali Uchis, Disclosure, Mitski, Polo & Pan and Anitta leading the undercard.

Though all three headliners will be topping the poster at OSL for the first time, Green Day’s set should carry a little extra weight given that the legacy act originally hails from the East Bay. Other noteworthy names on the bill, meanwhile, include Dominic Fike, Oliver Tree, Mac DeMarco, Pusha T, Mt. Joy, Kim Petras, Local Natives, The Marías, Parcels, Dayglow, Purple Disco Machine, Hiatus Kaiyote, Washed Out, Ashe, Surf Mesa, Wet Leg, Sam Fender, Role Model, Baby Tate, The Backseat Lovers, Amber Mark, Best Coast, Franc Moody, Pussy Riot, Duckwrth, Empress Of and Rostam.

And for those who are fans of all things dance and electronic music, the SOMA Tent featuring Claude VonStroke, Dixon, TOKiMONSTA and more should be quite the party. Check out the poster above for the rest of the artists slated to perform.

Three-day GA and VIP passes go on sale for $399 and $899 this Wednesday, April 20th at 10 a.m. PT with payment plans available for both so pick up your tickets here and don’t miss out on our coverage over the years here.

Outside Lands 2022 - daily lineups

UPDATE (May 17th): OSL has released its daily lineups for 2022, with SZA headlining the festival on Friday, Green Day rocking Saturday and Post Malone performing Sunday to close up shop. Check out the daily schedules above before single-day tickets go on sale here for $175 (GA) and $395 (VIP) plus fees starting this Wednesday, May 18th at 10 a.m. PT. And if you’re thinking about purchasing a three-day ticket payment plan and putting down just $99 up front, your last chance to do so is Monday, May 23rd at 12 p.m. PT!

Outside Lands - updated 2022 lineup

UPDATE (July 11th): With less than a month to go before its return this summer, the fest has added a handful of new artists for 2022, including Rina Sawayama, The Linda Lindas, Symba and salem ilese, while also announcing the unfortunate news that Anitta will no longer perform. Time is quickly running out on your chance to buy OSL tickets, but they’re still available here for now!
